High quality skillets. I was given a Ninja skillet as a gift from my brother who's a professional home chef. I since ordered this 2 pack multiple times as gifts. They are thick, great heat distribution, non stick, and durable. The secret is to pre-heat the skillets before using. I'll put these up against ANY advertised skillets. They are a fraction of the cost and will last for a very long time..

You don’t need to read a long review to understand the primary feature of these pans: Theses are non-stick pans that actually stay non-stick 😱

I’ve seared steaks with them, I’ve cooked lotta acidic food in them, I’ve put them in dishwasher regularly, I’ve even been stacking them with other metal pans, and they just keep going on, just as non-stick, flat, and neat as the day I bought them.

Regular teflons flake/scratch/discolor, newer “ceramic” pans are only non-stick until you wash them a handful of times (even if you hand-wash exclusively!), but these are like my carbon-steel/cast-iron pans in how much abuse they can take.

The only thing I pay attention to is pre-heating them as instructed (and Ninja put that particular instruction very prominently all over the pans for good reason) and it does make a difference. Kinda like how you gotta pre-heat your (good) stainless steel pans.

The fact that they have other nice features (stacking handles, high-temp oven-safe, induction-ready) are just icing on the cake since I would’ve bought more of these simply for their durability if nothing else.

Oh, let me kinda sorta point out one downside: that extra handle, while useful for stacking, just means more rivets and gets in the way of quick flips sometimes (think pancakes). Given these pans aren’t heavy unlike steel/cast-iron pans, handles are hardly useful for anything besides stacking pans for storage. Not a deal breaker bu any means, just a note. Flat rivets would’ve helped a lot with this.

We ordered these two fry pans and the smaller one. We use at least one of them every day. We could not be more pleased with our purchase. They heat so evenly. It really is amazing. Our food cooks so quickly in these pans. We highly recommend them. Oh the also clean up quickly and absolutely nothing sticks to them. We are good with the weight of them but if you have trouble with lifting heavier things these might be too heavy for you. It is a plus in my eyes but just a truthful review.
