Ninja NeverStick Ceramic Pro 12" Fry Pan Review: A Must-Have for Every Kitchen

Ninja NeverStick Ceramic Pro 12" Fry Pan Review

As someone who enjoys cooking, finding the right cookware can make all the difference. That’s why I was eager to try the Ninja NeverStick Ceramic Pro 12" Fry Pan. After using it for several weeks, I can confidently say this frying pan has exceeded my expectations. In this review, I’ll discuss why I love this product and why it should be on your radar if you’re in the market for a durable, versatile, and non-toxic pan. Along with my thoughts, I’ll also provide a helpful buying guide to help you make an informed decision.

Why I Like the Ninja NeverStick Ceramic Pro 12" Fry Pan

Ninja NeverStick Ceramic Pro 12" Fry Pan Review

When it comes to frying pans, durability and non-stick performance are key. The Ninja NeverStick Ceramic Pro 12" Fry Pan offers both in spades. One of the standout features is its NeverStick coating, which is a unique, PTFE-free ceramic technology that ensures your food won’t stick. I was particularly impressed by how easy it is to clean after cooking. Unlike traditional non-stick pans, the Ninja NeverStick coating doesn’t peel or flake over time. I’ve used it with metal utensils without any issues, which is a major plus for someone who doesn’t always use wooden or silicone tools.

The pan’s construction is robust, featuring a heavy-gauge aluminum base that ensures even heat distribution. I’ve noticed fewer hot spots when cooking, which means my food cooks evenly. Whether I’m searing a steak, scrambling eggs, or sautéing vegetables, the performance has been consistent every time. The pan also holds up well when used in the oven, with a heat resistance of up to 660°F, which is 30% higher than Ninja's previous models. This feature is great for recipes that require stovetop-to-oven transitions.

One of the key reasons I love this frying pan is its versatility. It works on all stovetops, including induction, which is a must-have for me since I use induction cooktops in my kitchen. The Ninja NeverStick Ceramic Pro 12" Fry Pan can also go straight from the stove to the oven, making it ideal for everything from stovetop frying to broiling. No matter the cooking method, this pan handles it all.

Another major plus is the scratch resistance of the pan. According to the manufacturer, it’s 5 times more scratch-resistant than other ceramic-coated cookware, and I can attest to this. I’ve used a variety of utensils, including metal, without seeing any signs of damage. The pan looks as good as new after several weeks of use, which is a testament to its durability.

Finally, I appreciate the health-conscious design of this frying pan. It’s free from PTFE, PFOA, lead, and cadmium, which are often found in other non-stick cookware. Knowing that I’m cooking with a product that is free from harmful chemicals gives me peace of mind.

    FANTASTIC QUALITY

I bought a Ninja Foodi and saw the ad for the frying pan. I got the 10.25 inch in Midnight Blue.

Beautiful. The color is beautiful the inside beige color is actually beautiful and the design including the handle which is solid and nicely shaped from an aesthetic standpoint but also with two fully solid rivets running through it it is a beauty.

The first thing you notice when you pick it up is the weight. Any good cook knows that a thin light pan is a bad choice. You need a heavy pan which means that it has a lot of Steel in it. This comes down to what's called potential energy. Essentially there's Heat stored in the thickness of the metal so that when you place something icy cold in the pan it doesn't chill the whole pan down turning your saute into a boil. Immediately impressed with that. The handle as I said was also impressive and that it is solid the two arms that reach the pan are equally heavy and solid and the attachment is one that I am positive will never work itself out in any way. I cooked some chicken wings that I had that I just wanted to saute quickly and I didn't use oil at all and they slipped right out of the pan but here's the thing there was some brown crust from the skin and the juices left in the pan. I was able to take my standard nylon bottle brush and hold it only with my thumb and forefinger and kind of scoot it around and everything came off with one touch. I basically could have just swiped my hand across the inside of the pan and cleaned it completely. I won't be melting a box of crayons in it or getting a plastic bowl and melting it into goop but I have Wonder that it would probably stand up to the punishment and those items with fall right out. I think a lot of people are unaware of that when it comes to Teflon and non-stick coatings, they are poisonous and deadly when brought up to high heat. Ironically the very thing that people intend and think that they can do. They figured they can fry some potatoes in there at high heat and yet they're cooking in a bunch of bizarre chemicals made in a lab for consumption. This pan states in the ad that it can be brought up to 660°. That's insane. That's more than anything you're going to deal with and I am so incredibly happy with my purchase. I would highly advise people purchase the Ninja ceramic pan and set. They will know immediately upon first use that they made an excellent choice. On top of that that pan was $39. I didn't spend time shopping but that seemed far more reasonable than I expected and it was an easy choice to click purchase.

We now have the 10 and 12 inch Ceramic Pro Fry Pans. So far they are fantastic. Food just slides out and they clean up with little effort. We have a black and a blue one. I think they’re pretty good looking. They conduct and hold heat beautifully and are a pleasure to cook with.
We are still pretty careful with their maintenance but are reassured by their robust build and feel.
